Mike Chambers has developed projects across the nation, including large-scale, mixed use commercial, retail, residential and office space.
His 30-year career has provided unique experience in nearly every facet of construction and development. Each project, no matter the scale, is attended to with dedication and care.
His projects have spanned the continental United States. With projects ranging in scope from: 3,000 homestead sites, development of big box retail stores, multi-story buildings, shopping centers, interior remodels to planning and design of lease spaces for Target corporation, Mike has always maintained responsibility for each and every project to ensure integrity and expertise that has come to define his work.
Mike holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Technologies and has extensive experience in building construction protocols from the ground up. He has earned several ICC certifications as well as being certified in Auto CAD. He rebuilt the entire Mervyns Construction and Development department, managing department budgets exceeding $200 million annually.

Chief Operating Officer
Michelle Henry is an executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CNC Company. Michelle is responsible for the day-to-day operations, client out-reach and building upon the management teams’ strengths while keeping them consistent with the company’s focus and commitment towards people and customer service.
Michelle holds a BA in Communication.
Chief Financial Officer
Mari Tyson is an executive vice president and the Chief Financial Officer at CNC Construction. As an attorney, and the leader of CNC’s finance organization, Mari is responsible for maintaining the company’s balance sheet and providing strategic evaluations of growth opportunities.
Senior Project Manager
Tom Winn possesses a diverse background in construction, both domestically and internationally. Prior to the formation of CNC Construction, Tom worked on a myriad of construction projects overseas. His clients included the United States Military where he designed and constructed over 43 projects for military installations. During his time abroad, he restructured the overseas operation and was able to overcome a two-year, one million dollar deficit. In addition, he increased the annual corporate revenue by 125%. Tom’s familiarity with international construction encompasses all business activities, including international banking and legal and government code compliance. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from University of Texas and possesses a Masters from Duke University.
